Dr Rossella Sabia

Rossella Sabia is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Criminal Law at the Department of Law, Luiss University, Rome. She is Post-doctoral Global Fellow at NYU School of Law (2020-21). Her main research interests and publications lie in the fields of corporate criminal law, anti-corruption, environmental criminal law, counter-terrorism, corporate due diligence and accountability, criminal compliance and new technologies. Rossella holds a PhD in Law and Business from Luiss University. She was Fellow at the Cluster of Excellence “The Formation of Normative Orders” of Goethe University, Frankfurt, and visiting student for a specialization course on business crime at the Norwegian School of Economics, Oslo. As scientific advisor, she is currently member of the B20 Integrity & Compliance Task Force (Italian G20 Presidency).
